Refund & Return Policy
At Merchfuse, we stand behind the quality of our products. Our policy is designed to give you peace of mind while acknowledging the custom nature of our Print-on-Demand manufacturing.
1. 30-Day Return Window & Buyer’s Remorse
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, provided the item meets our eligibility criteria.
- Items must be in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, and unused).
- Returns must include the original packaging where applicable.
- Return Shipping Costs: For returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
- Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
2. Damage & Defective Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, we will make it right immediately.
- Reporting: Please report any damage or printing defects within our 30-day return window.
- Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging to support@merchfuse.com.
- Resolution: Eligible damage claims will receive a free replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Shipping: Merchfuse covers all return shipping costs specifically for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
3. How to Start a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.
- To initiate a return, please email us at support@merchfuse.com with your order number.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the exact physical mailing address to send your return to.
4. Order Cancellations
Because we print every order on demand, there is a very limited window for changes.
- Production Window: You may cancel your order for a complete refund only if the cancellation request is received before production starts.
- Once an item has entered the printing phase, we can no longer cancel the order as the custom manufacturing process has begun.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed immediately.
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement depending on your financial institution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged:
- Digital download products once the file has been accessed.
- Items that have been personalized with custom text or user-provided images.
- Items damaged due to improper care or handling after delivery.
