2. Orders & Production

• Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability or errors in pricing.
• Processing: Standard production takes 3 to 5 business days before an item ships.
• Cancellations: Requests for cancellation must be received before production starts for a full refund. Once printing begins, orders cannot be cancelled as the custom manufacturing process is underway.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We provide tracked shipping on all physical orders. Please note the following:

• Timelines: Total delivery time equals Production Time + Transit Time. Estimates vary by region (e.g., 5-11 business days for USA).
• Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Merchfuse is not liable for items delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
• Customs: Any local import duties, taxes, or clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

4. Returns & Quality Standards

Our goal is 100% satisfaction. Our quality standards and return policies are as follows:

• 30-Day Window: We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unused condition.
• Defects & Damage: Please report any damage or print defects within our 30-day return window with clear photographic evidence for a free replacement.
• Buyer’s Remorse: If you are unsatisfied for reasons other than damage (e.g., change of mind), you may return the item within 30 days. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Variations: Minor color shifts between screen (RGB) and physical print (CMYK) are normal industry variations and are not considered defects.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including artwork designs, logos, and text, is the property of Merchfuse or its content partners and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Merchfuse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or the purchase of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.
