I didn’t receive an order confirmation email
Confirmation emails are sent automatically. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you verified your email was correct and still haven’t received it after 1 hour, contact us at support@merchfuse.com.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Total delivery time = Production (2–5 business days) + Shipping Transit. Depending on your location, standard shipping transit times take between 5–10 business days for the US, and up to 20 business days internationally. Please review our complete Shipping Policy for exact estimates.
Why does the print look slightly different than my screen?
Screens display colors using RGB (light), while physical posters and fine art paper are printed using CMYK (ink). Minor variations in vibrancy and tone are a normal part of the professional printing process.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We guarantee the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@merchfuse.com within our 30-day return window with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will issue a free replacement immediately.
Can I return my item if I changed my mind or ordered the wrong size?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Please note that for returns due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
